Students and enthusiasts of Ju-Jitsu have many reasons for their
interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the
physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to
add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others
are concerned about safety and self-defense.
Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical

Karate
Karate is based on strikes, punched and kicks. These
techniques rely on speed and power. Forms are done in a
pattern to learn instinctively; balance, body alignment,
polarity, sounds, breathing, angles and directions. |
JuJitsu
Small Circle Jujitsu is based on redirecting the
attacker’s energy. Joints can be manipulated to cause
server pain. These techniques rely on leverage. Fulcrum,
lever and base are the key elements to a proper lock. |
Pressure Points
Dillman Karate International WE ADAPT PRESSURE POINTS TO OUR
KARATE, JUJITSU AND HEALING We know that the body works like
a machine. The brain is the central controller. Through out
our body there are pressure points that run along meridians
associated with our organs. All information is transferred
through our body and our brain. This is the way we function.
When you strike the pressure point you are interfering with
the information being transferred. The brain receives the
wrong message as if something has gone wrong with the organ.
This is why the person passes out, the brain is under the
impression your organ has shut down. There are people who
say this striking method doesn’t work. It works very well.
You need to understand how and why it works. When you strike
a point and there is no reaction, this is because you need
to hit the point with the right angle and direction. These
points are all though our body and are the size of a
quarter. The body is designed to protect them. If all it
took were a straight on hit we would be knocking ourselves
out. These techniques are scientifically proven. Practice is
all it takes to learn, just like anything else. |
Chi Gong
Internal Martial ArtsChi gong are exercises based on
collecting the universal chi energy for building your chi.
this chi is used with healing and self-defense techniques.
Breathing techniques are essential. Combining the chi, the
exercises and the breathing will take you to a higher level
of meditation. With this knowledge and power you will be
able to cleanse you mind, body and soul for a healthier
life. |
Martial Science
Internal And External Martial Science Arts This class is for
the more serious and dedicated martial artists. Karate,
JuJitsu , Pressure Point Knock Outs, Energy Knock Outs, Chi
Gong, Five Element Theory, Kiai Jitsu, Iron Shirt, And other
Scientific Techniques |
Weapons
Weapons is apart of our curriculum. We teach two weapons
that if you are attacking on the defense or just defending
the short and long staffs are reality in today's day in age.
There are many possibilities to simulate these weapons. |
One Steps
One steps are apart of our curriculum. There are 3 sets of
one steps. A set for beginner, intermediate and advance.
Thirty techniques altogether. The techniques are a series of
strikes, kicks, and joint manipulations. |
Sparring
Sparring is apart of our curriculum. Our sparring is for
tournament fighting. It is not what we teach for self
defense. Our self defense techniques are differant.
Tournament fighting helps with speed,timing and confidence.
Our school is know to have top competitors in sparring. |
On Line Training
We have cameras in our school recording our classes live. If
you have any questions you can call and we will go over them
with you. Just sign up, log in and train. It's that easy. |
Private Lesson
1.Private lessons can be helpful for student that would like
some extra help. 2.Private lessons can be taken by new
student if uncomfortable to start in a class. Lessons can be
scheduled for in our school or in your home. Prices range
reguarding who the instructor will be. |
Open Mat
This is a time in the dojo of non formal training. You can
come and go any time. You can practice on you own or get
extra help.

For young students that come early to help they will be
apart of our Leadership Program. As leaders you will proudly
wear a Leadership Patch.

Senior Citizens
Age is only a number. You can train to your ablity and
modify to you needs. The art is not about strength it is
about knowledge. |
Special Needs
We are devoted to teach everyone. People with special needs
are very capable to achieve their dreams with hard work and
support, just like everyone else. We specialize in the
spectrum of autism & add/adhd. |
Camp
This is the funnest program. It is like our fun night
everyday. This program runs for the summer and school
breaks. The kids love it and with the price being just right
the parents love it too. |
Healing Sessions
In our world energy known as chi or ki does exist. It is not
something we are accustomed to. It surrounds us just like
the air we breathe. There are ways to see and feel the air.
With the proper knowledge there are ways to see and feel chi
energy. Chi runs through our body and energy channels. When
the energy doesn’t flow properly health problems begin. A
healing master is able to balance the energy flow, open any
blockages and release negative energy. To our western world
this all sound like nonsense. Today holistic healing is
becoming more recognized. For the healing to work there is
no need to Respecting yourself, others and our universe is
the beginning to any healing process. This is essential in
Western or Eastern medicine. |
Black Belt Meeting/Class
This is scheduled for the the first Tuesday of every month.
It starts at 8:00 pm. This time is only for Black Belts. A
Sho Dan Ho has the right to respectful try to take a
position in this class and he or she should when they feel
that in their heart that is their true rank.
With rank comes responsibility. If you feel you are a
certain rank you must take that rank with the good and the
bad. The point to this is if you become a black belt
tomorrow don't you think or feel you should act like a black
belt today.
